Relocated / Updated Server

Servers have been moved back because latency was a huge issue for some reason in Singapore. I also scaled up the database capacity. Things should be running smoothly. I am working on testing out hot swapping updates to prevent any downtime. No feature changes in this update, just server maintenance.
